Support for businesses

As part of the Forrester Boyd Group, we have a business support hub which contains all the latest guidance and links to grants and funding available for your assistance.

On our hub page, you will find links to crucial government schemes which have been put in place to help businesses stay afloat and people maintain their livelihoods during the pandemic, such as the Job Retention Scheme and the Business Interruption Scheme.

We have also provided links to support available from local governments, so that businesses based in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire find the help and guidance that they need.

Business as usual - practical steps taken

  • We are operating as normal and are following all the guidance and advice issued by the UK Government and Public Health England.
  • We have reviewed our business and client management practices to ensure we can continue to service existing and new clients.
  • We have long-established remote working capabilities with all colleagues fully prepared and equipped, ensuring we can still provide a full service.
  • We have reviewed our key supplier arrangements to ensure the security over the provision of services critical to our business particularly IT and software.
  • We are reducing/eliminating avoidable business travel where possible.
  • We are limiting face-to-face meetings and communications for the safety of our staff, clients and colleagues.
  • We have six separate sites that we can operate from if we find one site in quarantine.
  • We are continually monitoring the economic impacts.
  • All of the above ensures we can continue to effectively deliver our services for you.

Our people

  • Our senior management team has drawn up resource plans that will enable us to continue serving clients.
  • In addition to remote and homeworking for team members, we are fortunate to have six office locations throughout Lincolnshire and the Humber, and have plans in place for sharing/transferring work should the need arise.
  • All of our employees have access to well-being and health support.
  • We will continue to be available for our clients and deliver the same high standards of service whilst closely monitoring market impacts on our business.
  • We are therefore available to all our clients over the phone but will be restricting face-to-face interactions, especially where our clients could be vulnerable.
